Sofia Lundmark is a lecturer in Media Technology at School of Communication, Media and IT, Södertörns University and PhD student at Department of EducationUppsala University.

Sofia has worked as lecturer in Media Technology at Södertörn University since 2003 and been involved in several different research projects (for example, the Virtual Society project, the Body as a marketplace project, the.GTO.project, Brukskvaliteter i webbtjänster för egenvård – en analys av, Vård i nya medier – om normer i organisation och Design and Drivers and Barriers for Mediated Meetings) and teaching in several different courses at all levels in media technology. Sofia has most recently worked in the project ”Vård i nya medier – om normer i organisation och design” founded by Södertörn university and Stockholm Media Lab and in the project “Drivers and Barriers for Mediated Meetings” founded by Vinnova.

The focus of Sofia’s research is about norm-critical design, critical design and norms in design of for example e-services. The aim of her on-going research (PhD) is to study norms in design and norm-critical design of youth counselling online.
